Are you saying that PennHealth at one time penalized transcriptionists $5 if QA was able to fill in a blank they submitted?
I hate to be blunt, but I would never EVER work for a company which was evil enough to think up that idea and implement it... even if it is not used anymore. The fact that PennHealth thought that was a good idea at one point is all I need to know.
p.s. "Old penalty program"? So PennHealth has a new penalty program in place?
