Seriously, with the low pay, troubles paying on time, no benefits, no chance to ever get a raise, plus the VDI demands?
Experienced MTs are finding jobs with companies not associated with Nuance if possible. That leaves new MTs desperate for jobs or people who have other sources of income to be hired.
But with this current work scenario, who wants these jobs now? It's simply a part-time mommy job now.
And they wonder why they can't retain or hire.
