That doesn't bother me, setting a schedule of sorts. I have always done that whether employee or IC, except if the work was a 24-hour TAT and was allowed to be back the next day, but those days are long gone for the most part. Plus, I certainly do not believe everything I read - been around too long for that. It's the VDI installation that I refuse to do. Like I said above, I left a company that I liked due to the VDI. Been there - know the problems and how time consuming it is. Nobody wants to work within VDI. It's nonsense.
