I don't work for you and don't know you, but this schedule thing is just common sense. What do MTs think will happen if everyone just shows up whenever they feel like it? How can a company ever manage their workflow with that ridiculousness happening? And not being able to manage workflow means unhappy clients, which means LESS jobs for MTs. Seriously, I can't believe companies have to explain this stuff and still get a "I'm going to sick the IRS on you." You are very patient to even post an explanation!
