Please, please will you start e-n-u-n-c-i-a-t-i-n-g and speak up when dictating?! When you mumble, slur your words, whisper, try to keep talking when eating or yawning, we can't understand you. These are people you're reporting on, their medical records need to be as accurate as they can be. Try and think of them as someone you care about before you begin. I spent more time yesterday and today trying to understand what was said than I did transcribing.
