When that message comes up, try a few more times then reboot. Reboot almost always fixes it unless the server goes down. That’s probably what you wondering yesterday. If I’m worried the server is down, this is always the first place I check too. But just in case wanted to mention about rebooting. On rare occasion, it’s been a password issue that needs to be reset by IT.
