What software is installed in my PC that allows Nuance to access - without my intervention? sm

I have tried to educate myself. I don't see anything in the VDI software that lets them access my personal files. It's possible that something is installed in the VDI that allows them to only access the VDI machine. But I'm curious about that too.

I know there are quite a few programs that allow remote access. Which one do you know Nuance is installing? I'd like to research it further.
