I have to agree - Messenger

That's what I commented in my original post. It scares me that someone I know personally is doing that. However, she swears others are doing it as well. And I had a QA tell me they were told to go through reports quickly that came to QA to move more through, improve their line count, and get the documents to the client quickly. I think there are TONS of patient care issues involved in documents nowadays, and most of it (in my opinion) is because of the pittance we're paid. Folks are trying to survive and make a living wage, and are just cutting corners where they can to make money. It's not right but it seems to be where the profession is heading.
