I don't think you are my TL, but I agree 100% with everything you said. I love my job. Now...it's a job. It will have things you don't like about it, just as with any other job. It's a given. I make good money, even though some of my doctors aren't the greatest dictators. You get used to it. I love the flexibility it gives me for starting early or late according to my schedule for that day. It isn't for everyone, just like all other jobs. If you don't like it, leave. No one is forcing you to work there. Rather than be miserable in a job you don't like, why not find one that suits you? That's just my 2 cents.
