Yes, Op, the place freaking sucks. You are 100% right about uncompensated work. Download patient lists for one center without admin time is one thing, but multiple centers and patient lists add up. Jerking you around from center to center really without reason makes for a long day. Went from working for one center to several when I left and that caused hourly rate to go down significantly. Sucks working for the place. Work day sucks, TLs total b'tches, next level management worse than that and G at the top of the heap is the wicked witch of the west. Biggest ego b*tech of any boss I've had in 30 years. Whatever she can do to slow your productivity and cut pay, she's implementing. Queen witch single-handedly ruining the transcription dept.
