Left over rule of 6 - Ex PF employee

I left after years of employment after the rule of 6. Absolutely the most idiotic rule I have experienced in all my years of experience. Horrible management. Started out okay, got progressively worse the longer I was with them. Loved them when I started, hated everything about them when I left 6 years later. Drastic change in rules and procedures significantly affecting salary.
