You need to stop pushing uncompensated work on your MTs! Your line count requirement is entirely too high for this bull*hit. Realtime work we do for you probably would result in overtime for many of us, but you only count time in the player.

You should consider this crosstraining a failure (despite your propaganda email) as you continue to outsource even when there is low work. Return us to our home centers and let us regain the familarity and comfort of what we had for years.

We should not be telling you what clinics are completing a DOS and then required to notify the team in a slate of additional annoying emails on top of those we are subjected to about who left a cellphone in the bathroom at the administrative office or door decorating there. That is uncompensated additional keyboarding and stealing time away from our production. You should be telling us where we are needed and respond accordingly.

We should not be required to jump around to all the centers to see where their work is in your trash player. Uncompensated work, which each time requires us to enter your EMR, pull lists, set up a working document and maybe get 1-2 charts before going right back into another center because we don't know the status of the centers or how many of us are working in it. You should have upgraded your system so this would not be necessary prior to subjecting us to this.

You've taken enough from us already with your abbreviations, rule of 6, incomplete sentences, too many pronouns, inconsistent QA, any, some, noted, ETC.
