Thanks. I use expansions a lot. I can't fathom how people work without them. Every report I've done I'm going through and adding expansions. I just spent a couple hours going through my word expander and deleting things I created for doctors I no longer transcribe for, to clean it up so I can add more. With this account, I get a template for each report, a PDF of all the medical records, which is searchable, and a cover letter with the questions the doctor has to answer, so those I can copy and paste into the template. I'm going to stick with it until I get up to speed and see how much work there actually is.
