I worked for Alpha for quite a while. I only knew CPL when I interviewed and found out from my contract It was VBC. That was before they started putting VBC in their ad because they were nailed about it another time MC from Alpha came here to defend the company. I do recall then that she said we should have had pay stubs and she would check with NR to make sure that happened. Never got one.
NEVER ONCE, EVER did I know anything else about my pay other than the total dollar amount. I never knew what I was getting paid for and how it was calculated. Yes, I get more than my line rate, but is it what I should be getting? I have no way of knowing that. I have learned more from this poster who challenges them that I ever did from Alpha when I worked for them.
