venting, really - but docking pay for errors does not prevent future errors. Being able to slow down and focus is what improves quality. I have been preaching forever that they cannot have quality AND quantity. When you are not chasing lines, you can work in a more stress-free manner and really think about what you are doing versus watching the clock and praying you don't get a horrible dictator who will tank your stats for the day.
Also, getting docked for account specifics errors is doubly punitive. We are expected to remember every variance in style/format for individual accounts. So unreasonable.
