Part time, in my case, stating we don't just have to work for Nuance (this was when my favorite and long time account was contracted out). Note this was never put in writing via email, of course, just over the phone.

I got a sick feeling when I heard this. In the same breath they tell you you are a great MT, you will never be fired, and then they tell you if you run out of work why not go with the contractor?

The subtext is of course that with the contractor plus Nuance you will not be able to get UE, even partial, and that for the contractor you will be getting lower basic cpl than even when FIESA gets you with Nuance, plus for your trouble you will be self employed with all that entails.

But yes, they don't exactly announce when they are offloading the accounts either, and I have had the situation where one account disappeared for about 4 weeks and then magically reappeared again with no explanation. I'm guessing the contractor just could not hack it maybe.
