Since the last upgrade and no silence accelerator, my lines have dropped significantly. Also I get 1 job at a time and I have to wait for it to download and my inactive time is going through the roof. There is nothing that I can do because I have to sit and wait for the next job to download. Then when I am in a dictation, I have to sit through the different silences, grunts, background noise, etc. My pay has really dropped and I have lost about 100 LPH or there abouts. Is it just me. Please let me know, b/c I do not know what to do. Thanks.
