If you work on a DOL account you get (the line rate plus benefits) or (wage grade plus benefits), whichever is higher. Why are people complaining? This is a really good set up.
Everyone of my friend's accounts are DOL accounts, but the Alpha contract does NOT state she gets line rate plus benefits. Instead, it says she gets 5 cpl for editing and 8 cpl for straight typing.
My question is WHY does her contract NOT say she gets LINE RATE PLUS BENEFITS if the above post is correct???
No, she is afraid to say anything...single family provider...afraid she will lose her job if Alpha finds out!
