for one thing, that is IC and VBC so closer to 3 cents a line. And, don't forget you have to work a schedule.
That word "significantly" just doesn't get it. But that's not the point. There is NOTHING that tells us anywhere exactly what that line rate plus benefits or wage grade plus benefits is and how it is calculated.
Bottom line, Alpha needs to specifically tell their MTs how they are being paid.
