confusion - not an Alpha employee Posted: May 9th, 2018 - 3:47 pm In Reply to: They guarantee a rate - Western MT
I think ppl are confused because it seems some Alpha employees claim to have no idea how they are paid, what their pay rate is, or that they have benefits. They don't have a time clock or submit hours worked so how does Alpha figure it out? That kind of thing.
I saw on a FB post in an MT group that doesn't have the drama here, a helpful Alpha employee saying to a potential applicant they get paid no holiday pay or have insurance. So yeah it's confusing.
Alpha should at least be required to tell each employee working on VA accounts the hourly rate for VA work. The impression is, not everyone has that info. Maybe HR should help clear this confusion and reach out to every employee and make sure they have this info.
