I guarantee you have not filed a complaint about not being paid properly, because the DOL DOES and WILL audit a company when that complaint is filed. File an anonymous complaint. The DOL does not disclose the identity of the complainant to the employer. Considering yourself lucky to have work has NOTHING to do with making sure you're paid what you're SUPPOSED to be paid BY LAW.

Stop enabling Alpha to get away with this. As someone else said, you can file an ANONYMOUS complaint with the DOL and get ALL the back pay (I believe up to 2 years' worth) that is coming to you.

Most of us are working for a paycheck, not luxuries. So? You know you're not being paid what you're supposed to be paid. Are you waiting for someone else to start the ball rolling? That attitude only contributes to MTSOs abusing their MTs. Come ON! Stand up for yourself for crying out loud!
