paid the WDR per HOUR worked on that account. Alpha can pay you whatever you agreed to for IC work.

Anyone who accepts the ridiculous explanation that they cannot give you a breakdown of your pay is not using their smarts. It's not hard, people. WDR multiplied by # of hours equals VA pay. Then you add that to X number of lines multiplied by line rate for IC work. By the way, the federal government REQUIRES an accounting of hours worked by each employee working on a contract covered by SCA. Insist on a breakdown on your pay stub. What are you afraid of?
