We can only use NJA NO WORK when it is approved.
She is really good about letting us know. She says volumes are low, NJA NO WORK has been approved.
This has been going on for years. This higher up approval. We cannot just use it when we want.
You are right about each supervisor having different rules. Its a power trip.
