You should be entering NJA time as excused absence NJA and putting the ticket number in the comment box. You should not be using any of the other excused absence no pay selections. Excused absence no pay is for unpaid leave, such as a sick day or approved excused absence for a day off because you have no more PTO for sick days or paid PTO.

Make sure you select the correct pay code - NJA excused absence!
