Teenessee state case - old MT

I contacted him last year and he was willing to take on the case for me individually, but I chickened out, hoping things would change, which they did for a short period of time, but now here we are again. I have been applying and following up on my applications, and I believe they are not considering me as I have been working from home for too many years and am too old, close to retirement.
