Production work is like sorting, or putting a part together with little to no deviation from that task.

MT requires specific training and each report is considered a new entity with information that is highly sensitive, confidential and patient safety related. It is most definitely NOT production.

Using the term "production" is another way these companies try to justify their underhanded practices.
