Thank you for everyone concerned. Awful lot of troublemakers on this site giving misinformation. Follow company policy or get fired. Those are the only 2 choices. Spending time researching the labor laws in your individual state is the way to go. In RI they had to pay me for 3 hours per shift even if there was no work. There are other states with similar laws, and MM does abide by them, so you need to know what the law is too!
