But how do we get everyone on board? They make sure we have no names or emails of our fellow employees and he needs all of our names, of anyone who wants to get on board. I agree with everything that has been said right here. We are definitely NOT production. Without proper training and skilled experience, no one off the street can do this job such as would be a production position on a factory line, which takes no skills or brains at all!
