Not only did I lose that good-for-nothing "credentialed status," but also got the verbal warning for quality, mostly due to picky auditors who take off for petty things that really don't make any difference anyway. After getting that E-mail, my blood pressure skyrocketed to the point where I was flushed red in the face and felt really dizzy. Working from that point on for Nuance was no different than confinement in a straight jacket with no wiggle room whatsoever.
