their way of basically keeping (or thinking they are) staff at their beck and call. Screw that. Stay punched in during OOW entire shift and let them pay min wage to everyone. Are they going to fire everybody at once? Then, they will have to explain to unemployment many times over they didn't want to pay minimum wage so we fired them.
