This might be team specific to you or, what would be more typical, is that Nuance hasn't yet rolled this out to everyone yet. Who knows. In the very recent past we received an updated OOW policy email from my TSM and it still says to clock out for the max of 15 minutes and wait for your TSM or POC (we still have them) to answer you. The only thing that did change is that now we have to "ask permission" to jump back on to make up work for the timebeing, whereas before we could do that on our own without asking anytime Monday-Saturday from 2-10pm. That's a pain in the butt for sure, but they've also been asking for extra help literally every afternoon, so I guess it evens out...? Nothing around here ever makes sense.
