The number one is typed out in the email, so it is not leaving the 5 off. Further, because I did not notice this time change last night when I was OOW, I used the 15 minute guideline was informed I had too many time punches and that my OOW should be limited to 1 minute. That was big change. I thought the 15 minute wait made sense before so this basically being released from your shift that quick is the new change. In the past, after 15 minutes, we were released from our shift and you technically needed permission to check back. Because of my hours (late evening) I generally just walk away then. I can say that I had never run out of work on a non-holiday Monday night before so doing so now is a big-deal. There has also been a significant jump in the number of people on my account in the Spark room, explaining why there is less work, too. It is not looking good. For reference, I am on Editscript although my email made no mention of this policy being limited to that platform.
