Even if the wages were less than before, they would be better than what this sweat shop pays and you would be under a lot less stress and could go to the bathroom or have some lunch without being raked over the coals. You would have support group around you as well and if there was down time, you would still be paid and by the hour, with probably bonuses if you exceeded your lines.
You wouldn't have to deal with petty management, unanswered emails, put on Performance, etc.
I would take a hospital job at $10/hr if it were offered and leave this horrible place in a heartbeat.
