I am not trying to be nosy - but what pay is not bad? - Nothing has been mentioned

to us that there will be an increase or incentive to clear jobs. I work as an IC for a small MTSO, which is still not on line as of last check.

I am not trying to stick my nose in your business, just curious if we may get an increase or incentive.
