Your post makes no sense. This is still a job and people should get paid for it, dying field or not. Maybe there will not be big money, but minimum wage should be at least given for an IC. There is no such thing as a spoiled beginning, I sure never saw that. That somehow just does not sound right to me. I think these people have the right to say something for themselves.
