to let the work build the way they used to so we are all busy. Not to open it up to PT or OT except during those few times during the year when the work does build to unmanageable levels. But all the rest of the time, we can handle it! We always could in the past. What has changed?!
And no the cesspool/overflow accounts are not the same. They may keep us out of NJA, which is fine, but they are time consuming and frustrating. Just let us do the work when it's there!
"Have a nice day" should mean: "Here's a nice healthy backlog to keep you working steadily all day long" !
