Here is the answer, the HDSMs are not here for the MT, never were and never will be. They work at the pleasure of the higher ups. Their only goal is to clear the work out and meet turnaround time. Their job is certainly not to make sure any individual MT has work or can feed their family. ...and when they send an update with maybe 20 jobs for 100 people -- not to mention those updates that they receive are so old by the time they pass them along to the MTs none of those jobs are still there. ...and they always end their useless updates with Have a great day! Just another cruel joke.
