CLEAR SPEAKING, AMAZING DICTATOR: Patient started on Eliquis
ASR: Patient started on Aliquots
(Still, ASR? Eliquis! ELIQUIS. How hard is it??)
DICTATOR: ....negative with the exception of findings noted in the HPI.
ASR: ....negative with the exception of findings noted in.
(Because it's OK just to not add the end of a sentence for no reason?)
DICTATOR: ....with resulting graft versus host disease.
ASR: ....with resulting crackers and toast disease.
????
DICTATOR: End of dictation, thank you.
ASR: Code status full code, full tube.
Omg. Because it is not dangerous to have a code status statement inserted at the end of a dictation for no reason at all.
