It seems to be automatically adding code status lately. - just shoot me

I have been getting a fair number of reports with code status added. At first I was getting code status added at the beginning of the report and now I have been getting it at the end of the report. The code status at the beginning of the report tended to be DNR, while the code status at the end of the report has been all full code. This appears to have been programmed in. Oh goody, more automatic text that was never dictated.
