someone can make good money, doesn't mean it is because of a "cream cheese" account. If that were the case, everyone in the same BOB should be able to do that. Some people, for whatever reason, are just faster than others. I'm not sure even what a "cream cheese" account is. I have never run into an account that doesn't have ESLs, poor sounds, doctors who can't dictate a decent sentence if their life depends on it, and all the other crap we deal with. Besides, with NJA, it seems work comes from everywhere so everyone is dealing with all the same junk. If there are people in the same BOB who are struggling to even make the 165 line requirement and one is doing 450 lph, how can that be just because the accounts are easy?
