You don't see anything because you aren't QA. Why would they complain to you about what MT's do? We have all supervisors, owner and QA on our Skype. This is where it's been done. Just because you haven't seen it or experienced it, doesn't mean it doesn't/didn't happen. I've also seen it myself. They slip up and send to the "group" sometimes when they mean to send to another supervisor, lead or owner about certain things. One in particular was about getting rid of a QA before the QA knew what hit her, shameful. They do talk crap about MT's a lot with QA also, making snide remarks about their work. It's insulting if you ask me and very unprofessional the way the run things and how they talk.
