I would go higher up the ladder if it was me. I worked for this horrible company and QA is not consistent from one to the next. It is not at all a critical error and does not affect patient care. Once again, the great Nuance is trying to push any mistaken doctor error off onto the MT. You are not getting paid for research and all the what not that goes into looking and verifying what they say. Its production pay. If they want all the extras that go along with it then they need to pay an hourly wage. If I had to look up every single thing to "verify" the doctor is correct, I would not be making any money whatsoever and I am not on hourly pay so it is not going to happen. The docs need to be held responsible for their own errors and Nuance does not have the balls to tell them that.
