That's very simple to answer, to rob me of my already meager wages. I've done this job almost 30 years and started in a hospital. My job THEN was to type what the doctor said. I worked with some old woman who was just mean and nasty. We were in our little cubicles. Every once in a while, she would yell out "That's what he said, that's what he's getting." She would take glee in typing something she knew was an error. At some point, the MTSO's who know nothing about our job or what we do or are SUPPOSED to do, starting promising the moon and stars and we would provide perfection and clean up any mess, all for the stupendous wages they are paying. Yes, if you weren't aware, they do this, it is common practice, and WE are also supposed to do this, can you believe it? You are expected to stop your production job which is how you make money and check/verify any number of things, which change on their whim, and that is all done FREE by you.
