If the doctor did not dictate both height and weight, there is no way you could have figured out what the BMI is on your own. If the doc, however dictated a number and you typed or edited something that was 2 points off, then yes, they would have marked off three points. Anything numeric that is not what they dictated is worth 3 points to them, unless it is blatantly wrong, and then you are supposed to leave a blank.
