I could not agree more. I sent it for a reversal and it was denied with the comment that I am supposed to "verify" anything and everything, all numbers, all dosages, etc. and that it was scored correctly as a CRITICAL ERROR. It's sickening and insulting that they are doing this under the "guise" of patient safety. It is blatant robbing of wages.
