The only thing they care about is their bottom line. That is why our wages are so poor. Second of all, any money they can cheat you out of (and at about $100 per error) really adds up and goes straight to their bottom line or to the people who decide this policy, and their bloated wages. This company sets you up to fail so that they not only don't have to pay you one dime more, but takes away as much as possible so that you cannot make a living. Maybe things will change somewhat when Mr. Ricci retires, which I understand is sometime next year, around summer.
