Verbal warning and Fiesa... - Phoenix

So I got a "verbal warning" about not doing my Fiesa review like a good slave and not answering emails right away.  Wondering if anybody had to sign anything for a verbal?  Seriously thinking about not signing it for a variety of reasons.

Been a lot of nit-picky things happening lately, like every week it's something.   So tired of the harrassment and stupid **it.  If you want me gone, just pull the trigger already.  At least I could respect you for something....wait, no, on second thought, you have left nothing for me to respect.
