I'd like to see the calculations on this. You know how they can 'metric' anything? I want to know what amount is my variance for checking Fiesa. How much? So when my pay is at the bottom of the grid for a made up CPSE error, what is the variance then? 1/32 of a penny?

I want an explanation of variance too.

HOW MUCH are we getting paid to check FIESA?!
