Fiesa and working off the clock - laws

I have not signed into Fiesa in almost a year. They cannot NOT demand work off the clock. You ask your TSM what to put into Webclock for your time in Fiesa. "It only takes a couple of minutes to check." Those minutes add up to time working OFF the clock. The time is NOT figured into your production pay. Production is production.
