I have interviewed with 2 companies, both small ones, over the past few weeks and noticed they both were indicating they required 5 cpl during training. Is this getting to be a new thing for many of the companies. That's very cheap pay for straight typing. Makes you wonder if they just keep training people at that low of a rate and then let them go after training.
